1. Nature of Real Estate Advisory Services
Elite24 Property Consulting acts as an authorized marketing channel partner for registered real estate developers in Pune. All information regarding developer projects, including layout plans, pricing, possession dates, and statutory amenities, is derived directly from MahaRERA filings registered on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
2. 0% Developer Brokerage Policy
Elite24 Property Consulting guarantees 0% Brokerage Terms for purchasers transacting in primary developer launches and under-construction inventories featured on this site. We do not charge any consulting surcharges or hidden advisory fees to homebuyers.
3. Price Estimations & Statutory Dues
Price calculations provided by the Pune EMI & Stamp Duty Estimator are for advisory estimations based on prevailing interest rates (8.5% default) and Maharashtra state statutory charges (6% Stamp Duty including 1% Metro Cess + Registration Fees). Final cost sheets are issued by developer sales offices upon token reservation.
4. Intellectual Property & Developer Filings
All developer brand logos, registered project titles, and architectural renderings remain the intellectual property of their respective developers.
